Dr. Ghaednia, PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Co-Director of SORG, CPAI and MGB Orthopaedic Registry. Dr.Ghaednia’s research focuses on the development of biomedical devices and wearables using combination of analytical and machine learning algorithms.

Bardiya Akhbari, PhD

Dr.Akhbari, PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University, is developing deep learning and natural language processing algorithms to analyze healthcare data and registry. Bardiya’s research interest lies at the intersection of orthopedics, biomechanics, deep learning, and medical imaging, and his goal is to design systems that can translate to clinical settings in order to more effectively improve life and wellness.
